Are you simply curious or a mindfulness practitioner who is seeking to deepen your understanding of the origins, applications, and proven benefits of mindfulness?

This one day retreat will introduce you to Mindfulness. Our group will begin with a check-in before traveling a short distance where we will be introduced to our host for the day, starting off with 60 minute of Tai Chi to unwind and settle in for the day.


 


Mindfulness workshops include topics such as "Less for More/Heart's Contentment" with our Mindfulness Master You, as well we will explore a look at materialism from a Buddhist perspective and what it is that truly makes us happy.
Explore how we can create abundance and live a fulfilling life by being mindful and cherishing what we have.

Finishing off our day with a tasty vegetarian lunch and tea before we head for home.
